Presnya Court postpones considering Bellona’s complaint against Russian Ministry of Defence
Today Presnya district court of Moscow for the fourth time postponed considering Bellonas complaint against Russian Ministry of Defence, which refuses to declassify data about accidents aboard Soviet nuclear submarines.
This time the session was postponed because the documents of the representatives of the Defence Ministry werent filled in correctly. The previous session in November was put off because of illness of the judge, and two other sessions had been postponed because the Defence Ministry representatives failed to show up in the court.
The new date for the complaint to be considered is February, 16th.
