Yevdokimov met in Amsterdam with Windlife Energy executives, as well as representatives of other companies that specialise in harnessing wind energy, long considered by environmentalists as an untapped resource in the Murmansk Region.
The discussion was wide ranging, taking into consideration whether the land for the wind park would be rented to how to attract foreign investment to the project. Yevdokimov also held meetings at the city administration of Groningen, a sister city of Murmansk.
