Arcticshelfneftegaz plans to apply to the Russian Ministry with request to return the oil well rig, as the company needs it for its operation, otherwise it will have to lease oil well rig from foreign companies. Arcticshelfneftegaz needs an oil well rig this year. Without this oil well rig this company might cancel the dates of operation on Medynskoe field.
