In particular, the Russian State Duma should consider the draft of the federal law On ratification of Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for nuclear damage. The President ordered the Russian Government to make suggestions on improving taxation regarding foreign technical aid for Russia. Besides, the government was instructed to clarify the order regarding foreign citizens visits to the nuclear sites and reduce the application time for such visits to 30 days. It is also planned to consider in the parliament the draft of the federal law On ratification of the Joint Convention On The Safety Of Spent Fuel Management And On The Safety of Radioactive Waste Management”, Interfax reported.
