One of the four RMBK reactors at Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant has been operating at half its capacity since Thursday, November 13. The turbo-generator of Unit 1 was diconnected by a fuse outage. The radiation level in the reactor room is reported to be normal. A commision has been set up trying to find out what made the fuse blow, reports Interfax news agency.
