Simon Kalmykov (b. 1987) is a graduate of Murmansk State Technical University as a specialist in International Affairs and World Economy of class 2010.

From 2012 to August 2019 – work in Ministry of Energy and Housing and Communal Services covering issues of fuel supply to the resource-supplying organizations of the Murmansk region.
