Jan Havlik joined Bellona in 2009 as an adviser on carbon capture and storage (CCS). Prior to that he held a position in the Czech Ministry of the Environment. He studied European studies at Charles University in Prague and Université de la Sorbonne Nouvelle – Paris III, and holds a Master’s degree. At Bellona, Jan is coordinating the BEST programme for impact studies of CCS in various countries in Europe.
