Oil accident in Samara region

According to the local department of Ministry of Emergency Management and Natural Disasters Response (EMERCOM), about 15 tons of oil were spilled on the ground and inflamed as a result of the accident in Samara region.

While the dismantling works on the branch of oil pipeline fire appeared, RusEnergy reported. According to the EMERCOM, the dismantling works were carried out without any approval of the special service departments. Firemen arrived to the site 2 hours after the accident had occurred. A criminal case on the accident will be initiated soon.
