Rosatom’s Public Council accepted proposal for constructing and launching new NPPs

On March 27th, the Rosatom’s Public council accepted the agency’s proposal for constructing and launching new nuclear power facilities in Russia by 2020.

According to Sergey Baranovsky, President of the Russian Green Cross, at the meeting of the Public Council, Rosatom’s general scheme for constructing and launching new nuclear power facilities was discussed in great detail, and “the Public Council finally accepted the proposal for Rosatom’s general scheme, reported the Russian news agency RIA-Novosti.
