Biofuel can replace other energy sources

Publish date: January 16, 2007

According to Finish scientists, biofuel can become a single energy source for people during the next 20-30 years.

The scientists think that people can fulfill their energy needs with the help of biofuel production technology, based on plants photosynthesis. About two percent of the Earth’s territory is required, ITAR TASS reports.

Photosynthesis reaction for biofuel production is based on sugar preparation. This sugar is to be converted into bioethanol and used as vehicles fuel.
