Bushehr nuclear plant not to threaten non-proliferation
The Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov stated that to Echo Moscow.
. He also said that the one and only nuclear power plant in Bushehr is being constructed under the IAEA full control and is supplied with the nuclear fuel. According to Lavrov, Russia will deliver the nuclear fuel and receive back the spent nuclear fuel. This scheme suits all the minister said.
Lavrov added that Russia is ready to deliver the fuel to the future Iranian plants. It will take years to build new nuclear plants. The real fuel for them will be needed not tomorrow or next year, but closer to the end of current decade said the minister.
