The NGO Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP) has prepared a summary report of the Emissions Performance Standards (EPS) adopted by four different states in the US: Montana, California, Oregon and Washington.

It provides a comparative summary of key EPS component, including the performance level of each EPS, its implications for CO2 capture and storage (CCS), the calculation method of emissions and the role of renewable energies. It also provides links to applicable laws and rules in each state.

The report will shortly be available on the RAP website.
