Nina has over 20 years of experience in leadership, organisational development and project development from international organisations. She was stationed for eight years in countries affected by war and crisis for UNICEF where she worked on educational projects. Nina was also central to the development of NORCAP, which is part of the Norwegian Refugee Council. She came to Bellona from the Atlas Alliance, one of Norway's largest recipients of Norad aid, focusing on human rights and inclusion. Nina has an intermediate degree in development studies from Oslo University College, and a Master of Education from the University of Bristol.
