Michele has a Masters in Marine Ecology from the University of the Virgin Islands. She comes from the position of system controller in Brim Explorer and is also the leader of the association "Marea", which focuses on low-trophic organisms and regenerative aquaculture in the Oslofjord. Michele has 10 years of experience in marine research and consultancy, as well as experience from environmental projects, both at management and operational level.
