Jocelyne is the EA to Bellona Europa's Director, Jonas Helseth. Born and raised in Southern Africa, her home is now Belgium, where she throughly enjoys the hustle and bustle of Brussels' international scene. She holds a BA in Human Geography, from the University of Gloucestershire and has valuable experience in high-level support roles, working for international organisations and government agencies.
