Dr. Louis Hennequin joined Bellona Europa in October 2024 to work on policy related to negative emissions and Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) technologies. He holds a PhD from Imperial College of London in Chemical Engineering on valorising unconventional lignocellulosic feedstocks for biorefinery. He has experience in working for public institutions such as the International Energy Agency and the UK Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology.
