Clara Axblad manages Bellona's work in the Nordic countries, with a focus on industrial decarbonisation. Based at the Brussels office, Clara coordinates Bellona's advocacy work at EU and national level in the Nordic countries, in close collaboration with the Oslo office. Before joining Bellona, Clara worked on green economy topics at UNEP. She also has experience in sustainable food systems and food security from her previous work at FAO and the Embassy of Sweden in Rome. Clara holds a master's degree in Communication for Development, and has studied Environmental Management and Policy and European Studies at post-graduate level. She speaks Swedish, English, Spanish, Italian and some French.
