Saudi Arabia announce CCS EOR project for 2013

Saudi Arabia announces plans for carbon capture and storage (CCS) Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) project in Ghawar, the world's largest oilfield. It is said that over half a million tonnes of CO2 will be injected per annum. CO2 injection is foreseen to begin in 2013.
