Satellite launched without problems

The Northern fleets Delta-IV submarine Novomoskovsk launched a German satellite at 7.15 a.m. today from its submerged position in the Barents Sea. According to a press release from the Russian Navy the launch was successful.

The launch took place in a military missile launch area approximately 35.3E 69.3N, which is northeast of Murmansk.
