Delta-IV submarine returns to Northern Fleet after repairs
The Delta-IV strategic missile submarine Novomoskovsk to after maintenance to its base.
After checking all the systems the submarine will return to its base on the Kola Peninsula, ITAR-TASS reported on May 7th. The submarine was built 13 years ago and can carry 16 intercontinental ballistic missiles with nuclear warheads. According to the open sources, Russia possessed 6 nuclear submarines of this type.
