Sirin Engen started working for Bellona Europa in September 2012, when she came straight from a trainee position at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. She holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Bergen and American University (Washington, DC), where she specialized in international energy law and EU law. She has previously worked for the North Norway European Office in Brussels and the Committee for Justice in Washington, DC.
