Ksenia graduated St. Petersburg State University with a degree in engineering and economics with a specialization in state and municipal management. In 2008, she has earned a Master’s Degree in International Business Management at the UK’s University of Bedfordshire. She joined the Environmental Rights Center Bellona in 2011.
