Pamela is a highly effective, accomplished and pragmatic professional with a solid history of achievement who has over two decades of experience driving organisational change, digital transformation and business process improvement as well as managing large complex programmes and leading global cross-functional teams. She spent her formative years working for Fortune 500 companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM. For the last 15 years, Pamela has leveraged her experience to support mission driven, social advocacy and community organisations, before joining Bellona Europa as our Head of Operations. Pamela did her undergraduate studies at University of California, Berkeley and graduate studies at Stanford University.
