Negin Arbab

HR & Administration Manager
Negin joined Bellona in August 2020. She manages the HR strategy and operations for our Brussels/EU office, and acts as pro-tempore HR Manager for our Berlin office since its launch in 2021. Her motto: putting our people at the heart of everything we do. Topics such as candidate and employee experience, learning & development, organisation culture and values, office administration and accounting, suppliers and memberships management are part of her responsibilities. She helps Bellona to become a more inclusive, collaborative, transparent and flexible workplace where collaborators can thrive in their role, feel appreciated, engaged and rewarded. She advises and accompanies change at organisational structure and internal processes' levels. Negin holds a diverse professional background, with a major role as Internal Communications Lead at her former employer, where she used to closely work with the Leadership & the HR department to boost the employee's sense of belonging, and contributed to different HR and Communications change management projects. She has also been actively engaged in initiatives with an environmental and/or social impact in the past years, e.g. member of the Sustainability task force in two of her previous jobs where she contributed to making the companies greener internally; coach for students from unprivileged backgrounds, to help them access the professional market. In her private time, Negin loves to travel, practice yoga, draw, and share drinks and dinners with family, friends and colleagues.
